• Early Bird Member Registration – $45.00
  NYSPHA Members receive a $5 discount when registering for the Annual Meeting before January 1st.
• Early Bird Student Member Registration – $20.00
  NYSPHA student members receive a $5 discount on registration for the Annual Meeting when registering before January 1st.
• Exhibitor Booth (Corporate) – $300.00
  *Fee is for an Exhibitor Booth only and includes meal ticket.
• Exhibitor Booth (Non-profit) – $125.00
  *Fee for exhibitor booth and meal ticket at the 2010 Annual Meeting.
• Keynote & Awards Session – $35.00
  8:30 to 9:00- Registration
  9:00 to 11:00- Dr. Richard F. Daines, Keynote
  & Public Health Awards Ceremony
• Member registration – $50.00
  Must be a current NYSPHA member through May 7, 2010 to use this option.
• Non-member registration – $95.00
  Includes Annual Meeting registraion AND one-year membership in NYSPHA.
• Student Member Registration – $25.00
  Annual Meeting registration fee for student members current through May 7, 2010.
• Student Non-Member Registration – $50.00
  Includes registration for the Annual Meeting AND a one-year student membership with NYSPHA.
