• Early Bird Member Registration – $50.00
  NYSPHA Members receive a discount when registering for the Annual Meeting before November 20th. Members must remain current through April 14, 2011.
  Membership renewals can be made through this website and will extend your membership for one year past your expiration date.

  NYSPHA student members receive a discount on registration for the Annual Meeting when registering before November 20th. Members must remain current through April 14th, 2011.
  Membership renewals can be made through this website and will extend your membership for one year past your expiration date.
• Exhibitor Booth (Corporate) – $300.00
  *Fee is for an Exhibitor Booth only and includes meal ticket.
• Exhibitor Booth (Non-profit) – $150.00
  *Fee for exhibitor booth and meal ticket at the 2010 Annual Meeting.
• Luncheon with Keynote Dr. Shah – $40.00
  Buffet luncheon
  12-1:30 PM with keynote presenter, Dr. Nirav Shah, Commissioner of Health, New York State
• Member registration – $60.00
